Rick Roque

Dr. Roque has been in Mortgage Lending/ Banking since 2003, focusing on Retail leadership, growth and M and A, focusing on highly complex acquisitions, revenue generating partnerships, technology alignment, systems and Capital Fundraising. Rick started Menlo (menlocompany.com), a consulting firm in 2009 working with Lenders on achieving growth goals and is Corporate VP of Growth at NFM Lending. Rick is a leading figure in the US on Mortgage Acquisitions, having identified, negotiated and closed over $30B in acquisition volume. Dr. Roque earned his BS in Electrical Engineering at Franciscan University, MS in Management from University of St. Thomas, and Doctorate, with a Finance concentration, from American International. Widely published and has spoken at over 60 conferences since 2013.
