Wes serves as the Executive VP of Sales Operations. Wes fosters collaboration across departments and leads initiatives, enhances processes, and drives system utilization to improve productivity.
Wes is a Certified Real Estate appraiser and in 2011 created the AnnieMac Appraisal Administration group that manages a panel of top real estate appraisers across the country. Wes has authored articles on appraising for lending and been a speaker at Valuation Expo.
Prior to his current role, Wes was responsible for Quality Control and Fraud Prevention at AnnieMac, directed Internal Audit, managed the Project Approval Team, led Counterparty Risk in Wholesale and Correspondent lending, sat on the Risk Management Committee, created the Collateral Underwriting team to underwrite appraisals, and
