The Quarterly Performance Reports provide current data on the revenues and expenses associated with the origination and servicing of one-to-four-unit residential mortgage loans. Detailed information on production and servicing volume mixes by product type are also included. The reports are targeted to small and mid-sized independent mortgage companies and bank subsidiaries. These reports replace MBA's former Cost Study series.
With each one-year subscription to the Quarterly Mortgage Bankers Peformance Report receive four quarterly reports and the Annual Mortgage Bankers Performance Report. Five reports total.
