CREF Servicer Council

MBA's CREF Servicer Council brings together commercial and multifamily mortgage loan servicing professionals to exchange insights, discuss best practices, and address the evolving role of servicing across portfolio and capital markets executions. As a critical component of the commercial real estate finance lifecycle, servicing plays a central role in asset performance, risk management, and investor confidence. The Council serves as a forum for members to stay ahead of market and regulatory dynamics, share perspectives on operational challenges and opportunities, and build meaningful connections across the servicing community.
