Marlana Scott Voycik, AMP, Joins MBA as Associate Vice President of Membership

WASHINGTON D.C. (July 6, 2026) – The Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) announced today that Marlana Scott Voycik, AMP, has joined the association as Associate Vice President of Membership.
In this role, Voycik, who previously worked at MBA from 2021-2023, will lead MBA's residential and commercial membership engagement strategy, focusing on strengthening relationships with current members, growing the association's membership, and enhancing the overall member experience. She will also manage MBA's Member Relations team, overseeing member outreach and engagement efforts while advancing initiatives that support long-term retention, recruitment, and organizational growth.

Voycik most recently served as Multicultural Market Growth Manager at Movement Mortgage. Before that, she was Senior Director of Housing Initiatives at CrossCountry Mortgage, following her earlier tenure at MBA as Director of Member Engagement. She also held the role of Client & Community Engagement Manager in the Single-Family Division at Freddie Mac, where she helped strengthen relationships across the housing finance industry.
Voycik is an Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) with a strong record of leadership and service within the mortgage industry. She also served as Corporate Board Representative and Community Development Director for the Association of Latino Professionals for America, where she helped advance professional development and industry engagement initiatives.
Voycik earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from West Virginia University.
