About the Event

MBA and PhoenixTeam have partnered to help you and your organization unlock the future of mortgage with the power of artificial intelligence (AI). The AI Mortgage Practitioner Course will equip you with the essential skills and hands-on expertise to understand how AI is transforming the mortgage industry.

Day one of the workshop is AI Mortgage Practitioner which will equip you with the essential skills and hands-on expertise to understand how AI is transforming the mortgage industry. This workshop will teach you the core AI concepts for the purpose of discovering, developing, and deploying practical AI solutions for the mortgage industry.

Participants begin with a clear grounding in core AI concepts, including how modern models work, the history of AI in both technology and mortgage, and the current landscape of industry adoption. Through interactive activities with conversational and reasoning AI, you’ll learn to confidently navigate today’s most powerful tools.

Next, the course dives into high-impact mortgage use cases, from prompt engineering and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), to experiment design and multimodal AI exploration. You’ll build your own “ragbot,” test value hypotheses, and identify meaningful opportunities to drive efficiency and accuracy inside your organization.

Finally, the program tackles deployment and governance, including legal considerations, responsible AI guardrails, ROI modeling, and practical steps for introducing GenAI solutions within your company.
