Nishant Ghose

Nishant Ghose serves as an Executive Vice President at Freedom Mortgage, one of the largest and fastest-growing independent mortgage companies in the country. He oversees core Servicing Operations including, Call Center Single Point of Contact teams, Loss Mitigation, and Escrow Administration.

Mr. Ghose joined Freedom Mortgage Corporation in 2015, leading the Client Performance and Risk Management Group. Since that time Mr. Ghose has held leadership roles in Servicing Finance, MSR Transfers, Correspondent Pricing, Finance and Operations, and directed core technology initiatives spanning both the Servicing and Correspondent arms of Freedom Mortgage.

With over a 20+ year career in mortgage banking, Mr. Ghose has held multiple leadership roles in Operations, Secondary Marketing, Analytics, and Technology. In a prior role at W.J. Bradley, Mr. Ghose focused on building a best-in-class customer experience through technology. Additionally, Mr. Ghose spent five years in the Correspondent Lending Division at J.P. Morgan as Vice President, Pricing Operations. In that role he initiated a focus on technology and operational controls and developed the Mandatory Desk trading platform and implemented the oversight and control mechanisms for effective business practices. Mr. Ghose has held other strategic roles at First Magnus Financial Corporation and Accenture.
