The Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) thanks the Federal Housing Finance Agency

(FHFA) for the opportunity to provide feedback in response to the Request for Information (RFI) on the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (the Enterprises) Single-Family Pricing Framework.2 The Enterprises’ pricing structure is a critical component of the mortgage finance system, and MBA welcomed FHFA’s decision to undertake a comprehensive review of the existing framework.
