MBA Education Recognizes 21 New Commercial Certified Mortgage Servicer Graduates

WASHINGTON, D.C. (May 22, 2025) – MBA Education, the award-winning education division of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), recognized 21 individuals who earned the Commercial Certified Mortgage Servicer (CCMS®) designation at a ceremony held this week at MBA’s 2025 Commercial/Multifamily Finance Servicing and Technology Conference.
“Congratulations to the 2025 CCMS graduating class. Your achievement represents a deep commitment to excellence, professionalism, and leadership in the commercial/multifamily servicing industry,” said Christine Chandler, MBA’s 2025 Chair Elect and Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer and Chief Operating Officer with M&T Realty Capital Corp. “Earning the CCMS designation reflects years of hard work, dedication, and a passion for career advancement. This designation will set them apart as trusted experts in a complex and evolving sector.”
CCMS candidates must accumulate a total of 100 points from the following three categories: professional work experience, documented education, and industry participation. They then must pass an exam that encompasses a multiple-choice portion and an oral exam testing applicants’ knowledge on the complexities and challenges of the commercial/multifamily mortgage servicing industry.
To be eligible for CCMS Enrollment, applicants must have a minimum of five years of experience. Applicants have the option to take additional courses to help them earn educational points and prepare for the exam.
