Sage Nichols is Executive of Client Success for CoreLogic’s Mortgage Solutions segment. In her current role, Sage is responsible for leading a team that works with clients focused on fostering retention, driving adoption, and influencing growth. Sage has spent over 20 years in the mortgage industry in a variety of roles. Sage is passionate about leadership development and supporting women in business, including participating in CoreLogic’s Women in Leadership program as a cohort member and a sponsor, and serving two years as President and Sponsor of the CoreLogic Women’s Business Council. Sage currently serves as a board member and vice-chair for MISMO (Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization) and serves on the board of the non-profit Base Camp Coding Academy.

Dana Dillard is a mortgage industry veteran with over 25 years' experience in bank and non-bank servicing. After starting her career as a call center agent, Dana has climbed the corporate ranks at Bank of America, EMC Mortgage, GMAC RESCAP and Mr. Cooper. In her current role as Principal at Housing Finance Strategies, Dana is combining her servicing expertise and leadership knowledge to assist companies in both process and people connection. Her first leadership book, Jackfruit Leadership, is a roadmap for leaders who need to build better connections with their teams. In addition to her consulting work and her writing, Dana is a keynote speaker and leader of workshops to build more connected, high performing teams.
Yvette Gilmore is the Senior Vice President of Servicing Product Strategy for ServiceLink. In this role, Gilmore is responsible for leading the development of ServiceLink's products and services that support strategic servicer client initiatives. She also supports ServiceLink's EXOS One Marketplace, the only AI-powered asset-decisioning tool of its kind that uses predictive modeling to determine the optimal disposition strategy for properties in default. Gilmore has more than 20 years' experience leading servicer relationship and performance management efforts for leading Fortune 500 financial service organizations. Prior to joining ServiceLink, she spent more than a decade at Freddie Mac, where she held several leadership positions and most recently served as vice president of servicer relationship and performance management. Prior to joining Freddie Mac, she led the loss mitigation departments at IndyMac and Washington Mutual. Gilmore holds a B.A. in communications from the University of California San Diego.
LaQuanda Sain is the Executive Vice President of Servicing at Rocket Mortgage. She leads the company’s mortgage servicing business with a team of dedicated professionals located in Detroit and Phoenix. Rocket Mortgage currently services more than 2.5 million servicing families, offering them industry-leading technology and award-winning client service. She has been with Rocket Mortgage since 2013 and has held several leadership roles from Servicing Risk, Loan Administration, Client Relations and the Executive Vice President of Mortgage Retention where she led teams focused on proactively communicating with existing clients to ensure that they are in the best mortgage option available. She has bachelor degrees from Wayne State and Davenport as well as an MBA.
Marianne Sullivan is the Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer at Sagent focused on executing innovation at scale to the mortgage industry and delivering the industry's first and only cloud-native software that powers homeownership and the entire loan servicing lifecycles. Sullivan has more than 25 years’ experience leading some of the biggest innovation milestones in mortgage and consumer finance. Prior to Sagent she led the creation and launch of two transformational initiatives at Fannie Mae: Collateral Underwriter® for instant verification of home valuations; and Day One Certainty™ which enables the modern mortgage era with digital-native loan origination infrastructure and lender risk relief. Sullivan has served on the boards of several industry leaders including Sagent, Pennymac Mortgage REIT, Finicity, Ardley and CreditXpert. At Finicity, Sullivan helped grow the company, leading to its marquee sale to Mastercard and enabling major strides in homeownership inclusion by automating borrower cash flow data – including rental payment history – in lender credit decisioning.
