Brendan Kelleher is Associate Director of Loan Administration at the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) where he manages MBA’s legislative and regulatory strategy for residential loan administration and worked with federal housing regulators, investors, and guarantors to improve and streamline servicing requirements. Prior to joining MBA, Brendan worked at Rocket Central as Director, Public Policy overseeing external relations and mortgage policy advocacy. Before joining Rocket Central and MBA, Brendan began his career at Rocket Mortgage as the FHA Servicing Product Manager managing the implementation of FHA servicing policy.

Cameron N. Beane is the Capital Markets Director for Milliman. Cameron recently joined Milliman after almost three decades of managing capital markets and portfolio management groups at both public and private banks, mortgage REITs, and independent mortgage banking firms. These companies where he held senior level executive roles where: SunTrust, EverBank/TIAA Bank, TD Bank, Genworth and GMAC. Mr. Beane’s core competencies are in the areas of pricing, hedging, product liquidity, capital/credit analysis, portfolio management, technical accounting for mortgage banking, and developing/implementing complex risk management/trading strategies. Mr. Beane had oversight of product development and implementation as well as a multi-disciplined approach to asset retention and sales/securitization. He served as a senior member of executive committee’s as well as regulator (Federal Reserve, OCC, FDIC, & CFPB) point of contact for residential/consumer assets.
Kathleen Dueweke is a Servicing Credit Policy Director for Rocket Mortgage. She leads a team responsible for managing credit policy and investor relations for Rocket’s portfolios owned by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and a variety of non-agency investors. Kathleen has spent her 10 years at Rocket focused on credit policy with targeted focuses on strategy, industry innovation and servicing. She is passionate about the impact servicing policy has on the homeownership experience. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan and is a certified paralegal.
Nolan Turner is the Managing Director for Carrington Holding Company. He leads Carrington’s strategic initiatives, growth / revenue objectives, and industry partnerships across Carrington’s 8 vertically integrated companies and 4,000 employees. Nolan brings nearly 20 years of experience across the entire mortgage loan life cycle (Capital Markets, Lending, Servicing, Default Management, Title, Real Estate, and RMBS Trading). Prior to Carrington, Nolan held leadership roles within the Investment Bank at Wachovia and wholesale loan operations at World Savings. Nolan is an MBA Future Leader, a CMB, and holds post graduate degrees in Cognitive Psychology and Quantitative Analytics.
