Introductions
Eva Tapia is the Senior Vice President within ServiceLink Auction’s division. In this role, she is responsible for the overall management and performance of ServiceLink Auction through process improvement, client service and innovation to provide the level of tech-enabled service that servicers expect. An industry veteran with nearly 30 years’ experience, Tapia honed her leadership skills through management and operational roles within the mortgage banking and default space, working with Fortune 500 companies like Bank of America, ReconTrust Company, a subsidiary of Bank of America, (senior vice president, senior group operations manager; 1994-2013) and Auction.com (senior vice president, foreclosure/trustee operations manager; 2013-2017) before being tapped to lead ServiceLink’s auction division in July 2017. Tapia was named to the Women of Influence by Housing Wire in 2016, and has been a longtime member of the United Trustees Association, American Legal and Financial Network and USFN, and has held leadership positions in various organizations throughout the years.

Chad Hohl leads the Investor Performance Management team which is comprised of Investor Client Relations and Investor Portfolio Management teams within Wells Fargo Home Lending Capital Markets. His team is focused on managing the Servicing relationships and loan performance of Wells Fargo’s GSE, Government Insurer, and Private portfolios. Chad began his career with Wells Fargo in 2001. In 2007 he transitioned to Wells Fargo Corporate Trust Services leading the Collateral Risk Management team for the following five years. Chad has been in Wells Fargo Home Lending, focused on Servicing performance and investor engagement since 2012.
Brendan Kelleher is Associate Director of Loan Administration at the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) where he manages MBA’s legislative and regulatory strategy for residential loan administration and worked with federal housing regulators, investors, and guarantors to improve and streamline servicing requirements. Prior to joining MBA, Brendan worked at Rocket Central as Director, Public Policy overseeing external relations and mortgage policy advocacy. Before joining Rocket Central and MBA, Brendan began his career at Rocket Mortgage as the FHA Servicing Product Manager managing the implementation of FHA servicing policy.
Jason Lane serves as Senior Vice President for Midland Mortgage, a division of MidFirst Bank. Currently, he leads MidFirst’s government & industry relations team and oversees transaction management / servicing transfers. He has served MidFirst’s mortgage banking unit for over 21 years. He served as Chair of MBA’s Government Loan Servicing Subcommittee for 8 years and was the 2021 Chair of the Loan Administration Committee. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma where he received both Bachelor of Science and Masters of Business Administration degrees.
Tim Petty is the Vice President for Industry Relations at Mr. Cooper Group. In that role, he analyzes housing policy developments, assists with implementation, develops program proposals, and coordinates with federal and state agencies and trade associations. He is currently the Chair of MBA’s Loan Administration Committee. Prior to that, Tim served in HUD’s Office of General Counsel in Washington, DC, and also practiced law in New Jersey.
Sara serves as the director, loan administration for the Mortgage Bankers Association. She is a seasoned policy advisor and legal strategist with extensive experience developing and implementing strategy on a broad portfolio of legislative, regulatory and industry issues. Sara received her JD in Law from the University of New Mexico in 1995.
Marina Walsh, CMB, is Vice President of Industry Analysis in MBA's Research and Economics Department, specializing in industry performance benchmarking for residential lenders and servicers. She leads the management and direction for the Mortgage Bankers Performance Reports, the Peer Group Survey and Roundtable Program, the Servicing Operations Study, the Warehouse Lender Study, and other studies that measure lender performance. She is MBA's spokesperson for all servicing-related studies including the National Delinquency Survey and the Loan Monitoring Survey. Prior to joining MBA, Walsh was a manager in Ernst and Young's Real Estate Advisory Services Group. She has previously been named to HousingWire's "Women of Influence" list. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and a Master of Public Administration degree from Columbia University.
