MCAI: Historical Index

The Mortgage Credit Availability Index- Historical Data will provide the indices for Total, Conventional, Government, Conforming and Jumbo loans since the inception of the survey in March 2011.

Purchase of the report will include data through the most current release only. This report needs to be repurchased for future data points. This product is provided in an EXCEL Format. All data products are subject to SINGLE user license agreements.
