Michele joined American Pacific Mortgage in January 2014 to lead and develop APM’s Information Services Team. She is responsible for the overall daily operations and strategy of all APM infrastructure, systems, software applications, data, development, technical support and security. Michele brings a diverse range of skills and experience to APM spanning 30 years in the mortgage finance industry and holding leadership roles in both operations and in technology. She has extensive experience in business process design and development, software design, development and implementation, system integrations, vendor management, risk management, project management, infrastructure design, cloud transformation, customer support, security operations, and business relationship management.
