MISMO Seeks Public Comment on Version 3.5 Property and Valuation Services Implementation Guide

WASHINGTON, D.C. (April 25, 2023) - MISMO®, the real estate finance industry's standards organization, today announced that it is seeking public comment on the Version 3.5 Property and Valuation Services (PaVS) Implementation Guide (I-Guide). The 60-day public comment period for this implementation guide runs through June 26, 2023.
Version 3.5 of the PaVS I-Guide includes:
- Data model changes from MISMO Reference models Version 3.3 to Version 3.5
- Updated use cases
- A cross-reference to VALUATION_RESPONSE 2.6 ERRATA 1
“The I-Guide represents an important bridge from the perspective of preparing for the revisions set forth in the soon-to-be-released MISMO Version 3.6 XML Reference Model,” said Elizabeth Green of Candescent Capital Ventures and Michael Fleck of Black Knight, who are both co-chairs of MISMO’s Community of Practice. “Work is also underway for the Version 3.6 PaVS I-Guide, expected for review at the 2023 MISMO Fall Summit in September.”
The public comment period allows those who participated in the proposals at least 60 days’ notice prior to final release to review and disclose any applicable Patent Rights (as defined by MISMO's 2018 Intellectual Property Rights Policy).
