MBA does not have a preferred hotel nor a contracted hotel room block for this event. Registered attendees are responsible for making their own lodging and travel accommodations.
MEMBER PRICE VERIFICATION
The published registration rates are subject to the membership status of your company at the start of the conference. Should your company membership status change between the time of registration and the start of the conference, you may be subject to a change in your rate.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Send requests in writing to the attention of "Registration Substitutions" at [email protected] and include a $50 processing fee. In order to guarantee that your name will appear on the final registration list, your substitution request must be received on or before July 22, 2024.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Send requests in writing to "MBA Cancellations" at [email protected]. See below for the refund schedule. Received on or before July 10, 2024: Full refund minus $50 processing fee. Received July 11 - July 17, 2024: Refund of 50% of the registration fee. Received after July 17, 2024: No refunds after this date.
SPECIAL GROUP DISCOUNT CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
If any person who has registered as part of the special group discounted rates cancels their registration, the standard Cancellations and Refunds policy will apply. In addition, the group discounted rates will be adjusted if applicable.
