Danielle Lang is the Senior Director of Servicing Product Development for Rocket Mortgage. Her teams are responsible for managing investor relations and evaluating servicing credit policy for Rocket’s more than 2.5 million serviced clients. Since joining Rocket in 2013, Danielle has spent her career focused on servicing and her previous roles include managing GSE and Private Mortgage Insurance policy and relationships. In addition to her work in the organization she is the former chair of the MBA’s Loan Administration Committee. Prior to joining Rocket, Danielle spent 9 years working on legislative policy in the Michigan Legislature. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Michigan State University and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Ashland University.
Michael is President of Compliability Solutions, an advisory services and staffing company focused on optimizing compliance, quality, and risk solutions in highly regulated industries. Prior to founding Compliability Solutions, Michael served as a Senior Vice President at Mr. Cooper Group where his Servicing Advisory Team was responsible for Issues Management, Change of Law, and Quality Control, as well as formulating and executing on strategic initiatives that mitigate risk in Servicing. Michael was formerly the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Bayview/Community Loan Servicing where he was responsible for the Compliance and Oversight Department’s management, leadership and direction as well as the company’s overall compliance strategy. Prior to joining Bayview, Michael was Practice Leader of Ballard Spahr’s nationally recognized Mortgage Banking Group. With over 25 years servicing the industry in a wide variety of legal and compliance-related functions, working with/for hundreds of financial services companies, Michael is known for his ability to navigate the regulatory landscape, operationalize advice and build relationships that add value to those with whom he works. Michael received his law degree from Catholic University in Washington, DC, and his undergraduate degree in Government and Law and English from Lafayette College in Easton, PA.

Kellie embarked on a career in property preservation in 2001, devoted to investor compliance and preservation of properties. Under the mentorship of a great leader, ascended the ranks, honing expertise and fostering innovation in mortgage field services. In June of 2022, Kellie joined MSI as the Executive Vice President, entrusted with the strategic oversight of Inspections, Preservation, Repairs, and Vendor Management. Recognized as an authority in the field, Kellie actively participated in HUD MBA working groups, active participant at industry conferences as a panelist, sharing expertise on critical issues. Kellie’s current passion is championing the cause of proper maintenance and renovation of vacant properties to help ensure homeownership remains accessible and affordable.
Dana Federspiel is a SVP in the Servicing Technologies division of ICE, a leading provider of integrated software, data and analytics to the mortgage lending, servicing and real estate industries. She oversees ICE'S loan servicing and late-stage default solutions, including innovation strategy and product delivery. Prior to her current position, Dana served as the managing director of enterprise product strategy, with a focus on shared innovation across all divisions of ICE. Dana has also held roles in sales and account management, providing best practices recommendations and cost benefit & risk analyses. Dana has over 20 years of mortgage servicing experience in various roles spanning the entire servicing life cycle.
Benjamin Gottheim and his team are responsible for creating policy regarding all aspects of mortgage servicing at Freddie Mac. This includes updates to the Freddie Mac Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide and other terms of business. Before his current role, he spent his first two years at Freddie Mac managing a department responsible for foreclosure performance, timelines, and compensatory fees. Before joining Freddie Mac, Gottheim was an NPL buyer at a small mortgage company in Albany, New York, responsible for purchasing and servicing non-performing mortgage assets and REO. He earned his B.S. in management from Binghamton University with a double concentration in finance and MIS.
Jonathan Kolodziej is a partner at Bradley in the firm’s Banking and Financial Services practice group and is a co-leader of the firm’s CFPB team. He represents mortgage servicers in regulatory compliance, examination and enforcement matters and centers his practice around helping clients ensure that their operations are in compliance with applicable federal and state consumer financial laws, and then demonstrating compliance to regulators. In this role, Jonathan frequently helps clients assess the impact of new rules and regulations and adapt to changes in the regulatory environment. Jonathan is also an adjunct professor at the University of Alabama School of Law, where he teaches an upper level course on the laws and regulations that apply throughout the lifecycle of a mortgage loan.
Sara serves as the director, loan administration for the Mortgage Bankers Association. She is a seasoned policy advisor and legal strategist with extensive experience developing and implementing strategy on a broad portfolio of legislative, regulatory and industry issues. Sara received her JD in Law from the University of New Mexico in 1995.
Ms. Marissa M. Yaker, Esq. is the Deputy General Counsel, Regulatory Affairs for Padgett Law Group (PLG). Marissa’s practice is primarily focused on assisting Clients with compliance and interpreting agency regulations/servicing handbooks. Marissa has a passion for agency related servicing and has conducted numerous onsite trainings, participated on conference panels, led digital webinars, and authored numerous articles related to the oversight and servicing of loans. She is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Loan Administration Committee; Former Interim-Chair of Legal League’s Special Working Initiatives Group and Former Vice-Chair of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee.
