Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) provides a critical source of funding for the preservation and development of affordable rental housing. MBA's LIHTC Committee focuses on policy and regulatory issues related to the production of affordable rental housing that includes LIHTC in the financing structure. This committee meets monthly.
