Critical CMF Servicing Operations and Duties explores a number of critical activities involved in the servicing of commercial/multifamily mortgage loans. Next, the course describes the key concepts and activities involved in monitoring the collateral, including discussions on UCCs and letters of credit. From there, the course delves into a servicer's responsibilities when handling cash managed loans. Next, it covers the investor reporting and remittance requirements for securitized, GSE/agency, and portfolio commercial/multifamily mortgage loans. Finally, the course describes the servicer's duties related to portfolio accounting and cash reconciliation.
